Standard catalogue valves and pump sets are quoted the same day. Custom penstocks, large-bore inlet valves and reverse-engineering scopes typically take 3–5 working days while drawings and casting availability are reviewed.
Yes — client visits, factory audits and witnessed hydrostatic shell/seat tests are encouraged. Coordinate with our office a few days ahead so your order can be scheduled on the test bench and site induction arranged.
The worn sample part is ideal. If it can't be removed, bring clear photographs of the component and OEM nameplate plus caliper measurements. We verify chemistry by spectro and issue a dimensional report before quoting.
Yes. The Export & Projects desk handles international orders and mega projects — hydro power, dams and industrial plants — with full export documentation and shipping coordination from Karachi or Lahore.
